The correction has already started and sales a very slow right now in many developments. However late handovers are helping this a little.
On the bigger scene the recent massive sell off of Spanish property stock might be something to be concerned out as it could provoke a chain reaction and spread causing a globalised slump in property.
Brick and Mortar are good long term investments but shouldn't comprise more than a third of anyone's total assets as part of a wider and properly balanced portfolio.
