Property Agents
Can anyone give me the contact details of a property agent that actually wants to do a little bit of work to earn their commission?
Looking to buy in the Burj Dubai development (Old town pref but also maybe south ridge or any of the others finished or near finished). Calling agents and looking at their websites etc and get prices from agents 300k higher than what is advertised on their website.
Are there any out there that actually give a %^&(......?

Have you checked the level of the service charges in the Old Town? They're meant to be some of the most expensive in Dubai - about 29dhs per square foot, something like that?
So even if you buy one of the smallest one-beds, you're going to have to find over 2000dhs per month for service charge, on top of your mortgage, DEWA, municipality fee etc. That's assuming that you're allowed to pay monthly, of course!
