He didn't say 35k all in though, he said 325-350K all in, including flights etc which is 27K-29K total. I would say that was pretty tight if you want an apartment with a garden for the dog and you want to live reasonably well while saving some money and get home once a year. This place is too expensive, why pretend otherwise....
