Anyone know what/where/when/how
Nearest to Mangrove or Mussaffa would do.

There used to be one inside Spinneys at Mangrove Village a few months ago. Is it not still there?

nah havent seen any in mangrove, but there are 2 located in the horrible place called kca...! and some at the airport, also you could use apparently above the supermarkets in the pink shops, but i dont think there are any to 'purchase' anyway. you buy for the year and the year starts in january, so i would wait until then, if you do manage to 'find' one now you will be charged for the whole year anyways! i think there may be some in baniyas perhaps, and other areas such as mussafah (which of course would be the closest to you especially if you go across the 'lagoon'....
