Default Post grad studies in the UAE

I intend doing an MSc or LLM, most probably by distance from a UK university. Being a bit of an antisocial sod means that I'm pretty well suited to distance learning, however the opportunity for real interaction with tutors and fellow students does appeal.

Is there a single portal, or similar, where I can find out what courses are available for distance or part-time study here?

Are there any universities here (AD or Dubai) which you'd recommend?

Thanks in anticipation...
