Default Planning to move to GULF

Me and my husband want to move to the middle east, preferably KSA because I can get citizenship through my father. (How would gaining Saudi citizenship impact my husband and our son?)
I am trying to get a degree in teaching in order to work as a teacher. However, my husband is a police officer and does not have a degree, we are trying to workout what he could do that would help his job prospect when applying in the middle east. What degree/job is best and in demand? Are there any British expat friendly organisation/companies that my husband could look into?
So far we have looked into Business degree, accounting/finance, we are limited for choice due to previous qualifications or lack thereof. So the route we are taking is attaining level 5 qualification and a top up degree at university. This leaves doesn't leave us with a lot of options except business, accounting, teaching etc. If anyone has any other ideas, it would be really helpful!

Thank you.

I cant give you specific advice about KSA but have a very good insight into getting jobs with a Police/law enforcement background. Does your husband have any specialised experience/skills in law enforcement ? If so what length of service in those role does he have ? Some skills can be transposed into the corporate world although moving to the ME without any corporate experience first may be a challenge. If he wants to step outside then my advice would be to get some corporate experience under his belt then look to the ME once he has that. As for degrees, as a serving Police Officer he will be able to enroll on a number of distance learning degrees that are vaguely related to his work, but this will obviously take time.
