PIF | interview --> offer
 

Hi all,

Interviewed at PIF 4 weeks ago, went very well, positive feedback, but haven't heard anything back yet. They seem to have an undetermined number of positions to fill and were sounding the market.

Does anybody have feedback on the typical waiting times from interview to offer at PIF? Would be great if you could share your experiences.

Don't think a month is unusual. Is it direct or via a recruitment company?

I interviewed and it was over a 5 month period, with long bouts on inactivity. This will only get worse as Ramadan approaches.

Give them a wee reminder, wont hurt.

I haven't heard back after my case study round and it's been just over 2 months now, after a reminder. Are they less active even after Ramadan?

Folks - Any insights on the PIF 1st interview to offer timeframe? Are April to June no activity months for them? I had my interview around end of April with positive feedback, but no response after that.
