Hi Everyone,
A friendly reminder that Wednesday 22nd (tomorrow) Military Bootcamp free trial session will be taking place at Dubai Marina at 6:30pm sharp. The meeting point is the public card in front of JBR park closest the Hilton Hotel (lookout for the white van). Please bring a bottle of water with you and towel, attire sportswear.
The sessions will entail a general introduction on Physical Advantage Military Bootcamp as well as running you through a few drills and circuits.
If anyone cares to join me then come along...i hope some of you do, i need the company of a few fatty's.
