Photographer - do you need a licence/permit?
Let's just say that Mrs Skyvan has been approached to take some photographs in a professional capacity ( she will be the photographer - she refuses to model anymore!) - what permit/ licence does she need to be able to charge the client? Or is freelancing acceptable? May she use a pseudonym?
Much appreciated as she is being offered projects here in Dubai and is reluctant to do them as we are uncertain of the rules.

I suggest you contact Charlotte at hotshots - www.hotshotsdubai.com, she is a photographer, I am sure she will help you out with your query.
