Pets to Dubai
 

Hi All,

We are thinking of bringing a pet (cat) to Dubai (when we relocate there in +- 18 months), a few questions regarding this?

1.) What is the immigration laws regarding pets from the UK to Dubai ?

2.) Do the pets have to be in quarantine for a certain period ?

3.) Anyone that's done this, what was your experience like - with climate change and smalles accomodation?

As far as ur q's go, and as far as I am aware, there are no immigration laws for pets and there is definately no quarintine period whatsoever.

Climate change and smaller accomodation means that ur cat will have to enjoy the dry chill of the AC system, but I am sure it will enjoy basking in the glorious sunshine just like all the billions of stray cats in this city do. :)

As for immigration laws on pets, try the Ministry of Interior - Department for Naturalization and Residency, Dubai. Try giving them a call....u can get their contact info off their website:
