Hi folks,

Does anybody have experience of importing a pet into Dubai? I have a UK agent dealing with it from this end, and they have suggested that I also use an agent in Dubai to deal with the Import Permit, registration of the dog (labrador) with Dubai Municipality, Customs Clearance etc, etc.

However, the quotation for this part of the process was pretty steep and I therefore wondered if anyone had any experience in doing this and could provide views as to whether or not it is relatively straightforward (or otherwise, I guess).

we gave up with our Boxer .... glad too ... it's insane to bring a dog over to this kind of heat. suggest you find your dog a good foster home til you return
