And to answer your question, unless you are sponsored in Abu Dhabi you're not entitled to anything, even medical insurance. The quality of that will vary from company to company and is mostly dependent on how cheap your HR & Finance people are

I know that darling but you would be a fool to take a job that A. Doesn't pay enough and B. Doesn't give you health insurance!

Sometimes you don't have a choice though - we're all slaves to the bank manager ultimately...if you're earning enough to eat well, look after your family and save a little/pay for a little insurance then you're already better off than half of humanity
