PCR-Covid-19 test. UK to KSA

Re: PCR-Covid-19 test. UK to KSA
We got back to SA in mid Aug on a “special” flight so had to go via Dubai. We had tests at Randox so it might be worth checking them out at Randox.com. Emirates stated that the test had to be done within 96hrs of departure but Saudia are stating 48hrs which is a bit ambitious so not sure if they would be able to provide this but could be worth a try.

Consider Visa Medical Services on Harley Street, London. They email you within 48 hours (usualy a lot quicker) with a "Fitness to Fly" certificate signed by a Doctor along with your PCR test result. You need to register your email with the lab at the point the clinic takes your PCR sample - this is important so you get your results! Clinic is closed at the weekend, but the lab they use works 7 days.
There's also quarantine once you arrive in KSA, either two days then take a PCR test and get the all-clear by SMS, otherwise it's 14 days. You'll be asked to install a couple of Apps on your phone, so the Authorities know where you are and can track your quarantine status. Picking up a local SIMM card at airport arrivals in KSA is a good idea.
This was my experience as of mid-October, hope it helps.

I used Boots. £120 prebook your location online. Got the results next day but they guarantee 48 hours I believe. Difficult to get available slots in the London area but if you can plan a few weeks ahead.....

Did you just get the PCR certificate, or did it come with a 'fit-to-fly' certificate as well?
