Hi there everyone,

I'm coming over to Dubai again next month with my 20 month old little boy (approx 6-7th April till 16th April) to stay with my bro and his wife (my best mate)

Thing is, they'll be working in the day and my mate works from home so I don't want to get under her feet and there's only so much walking around the marina with the dog that I can do before me and my son get bored or burned......so I was wondering... is there any playgroups I could tag along to during the daytime or coffee mornings you go to?

Looking for a bit of sisterhood here, and as I'm only here for a short time would really appreciate joining your group even though it's only for a short time. I don't want my bro and sis-in-law to feel they have to entertain us both whilst we are over there.

Even if it's just sitting around the pool having a gossip for an hour or two with me hearing about your Dubai tales, good and bad.

Anyway, would love to hear from you all.

Oh gosh, come on round!

There's a good load of stuff to do virtually every day and if there's not, there's always camping round someone's house for coffee and/or lunch.

Get your posts up to 5 and I'll pm you my details - we're in the Marina and I have a 2-and-a-half year old and a 9 month old... plus a good few mates with children of similar ages.
