Osteopath in Kuwait

Hi there,

I had a baby girl two months ago, who is having problems falling asleep and is very restless. As per advice from several friends, osteopathy helps to calm a restless baby.
The question is, is there an osteopath somewhere in kuwait (practising from home?) who can help my baby?

Please respond as I am getting desperate by the day.:(

no, cranial osteopathy is meant to help babies who are unsettled, have colic etc...

Kitties are on a death wish at the moment, went in last night to one dug out potted plant and one candle holder (with tiny little stones) with three glass containers all over the floor (luck glass didn't break)

my kitten used to dig up the plants.. I filled them with shells and that stopped her.

can't you get that information through your local doctor or a hospital...or maybe they can suggest another solution...you shouldn't wait too long...having a newborn baby that hardly sleeps wears you out which will make you tense, the baby picks up on that and then that circle thing happens...

Good thinking, will try that, I had to laugh because it was sooo blatant the one who did the deed was the one with all the muck over his paws and nose :D Unless the other one was too smart and had a major licking before I got home :sneaky:.

Hi Jaanu2007

My heart goes out to you - it sounds like you're at your wits end.

Below are a few links that might be a little bit of help, but I would reiterate Mata Hari's point, speak to your doctor and/or perhaps try approaching Kuwait University and ask to speak with one of the medical professors who might be able to advise you on courses or practitioners. I checked to see if I could find any Cranial Osteopaths in the UAE but I had no luck unfortunately.

Just remember you shouldn't face it alone and if you need to sleep get someone in to look after the baby while you have a nap if your husband can't help, don't face it on your own!
