I live in Iran and want to open a bank account in any country.
as i live in Iran , do not have any Visa or Master Card to have online purchase in Internet.
any body can help me?

i prefer UAE, bank account , or any banks that i can Open the account Online.

or

any reloadble Visa or Master card.

No way you can open a bank account in the UAE unless you have a Labour Contract and Residency Visa.
