Default One apartment, three different asking prices...

What gives?

I've narrowed my flat search to the Greens and called several agents with listings on dubizzle for this 2-bed+study. It took me a few minutes to figure out they were all for the same unit, but with the following asking prices:

Agent #1: 100,000 two cheques

Agent #2: 90,000 one cheque

Agent #3: 85,000 two cheques.

Interesting, no?

The first two agents were the usual Pakistani suspects, whereas the third was with Better Homes. I've told the other two to bugger off and am viewing the flat with the Better Homes guy.

Well dodgy!

You're right to stick with Better Homes as you'll have some way to seek compensation should the agent try to shaft you. Just make sure you see their credentials and you should be alright.
