OMAN - Anyone purchasing property?
Would love to hear from anyone, like myself, buying in Oman and their experiences thus far.

How is the property market in Oman. What have you bought/buying? and what sort of prices are you paying?
We've bought here in Dubai. Still waiting on it to be completed. We paid AED 797/sq ft based on plot area or AED 944 based on internal floor area. It's due for completion in December '08 but they have an option to extend the completion date by up to a yr, however construction work is well underway so fingers crossed they will not take until Dec '09!!
