Do they go through your entire DVD collection in yer container?

Would things like "The Wire" get through? Is there anything that I would consider to be very harmless that could get me hauled up in front of some official? I'm guessing the Sex & The City boxset should be left with friends.

Don't know if I could live without my "The Wire" dvd's...

There are a number of regulars here who enjoy making home movies, and a few of us have the necessary video equipment, sound facilities, etc.

There is no need to tell your husband (we wouldn't want him to get the wrong idea), so just let us know when it might be a good time to start filming..........

DVDs are fine. I had The Wire delivered direct to the UAE from Amazon...along with many others.

I also think you'd be very unlucky if they checked all the content on your laptop- so stash your porn on there and you'll be fine

And no porn. Just a ridiculous attachment to McNulty, Stringer and Omar Little. Especially Omar. That's why I was concerned - there's a fair bit of man love in The Wire. I thought man love was VERY frowned apon out there, so much so that we've had discussions about bringing out staff who are gay.

I know when I first moved out, back in the days of VHS, I had 3 films seized: Ghost, The Lost Boys and Pink Floyd's The Wall.....usual ultimatum, return them to the UK and pay the costs or they would destroy them free of charge!

Irony is that within weeks of this, the first 2 were shown on TV
