Question Not being married going to be an issue?

Hi all,
I've done some research on this forum but can't find a response that directly answers my questions.
I'm in process of being recruited for a secretary role in Aramco. As a female, no doubt I'll be a single/bachelor status.
I have a daughter and partner that will come over. After three months, can I apply for tourist and family visit visas for them to stay with them, and they just leave every 3 months? I was hoping to say that as I've got a partner (can get married if we need to) and child, I was hoping to ask for more $ on the proviso that I would need to support them financially. I'm aware my daughter won't go to the Aramco school, so my partner would home school her.
But how much of an issue is it going to be, not being married?
