Anyone know the best place to get cheap unlocked phones that dont have the arabic numbers on???

Deira, behind Naif road towards the car shops. couple of streets that sell nohing but phones. mostly wholesale but a few do retail. phones in any language you want there.

if you park in the car park next to the emirates bank, look up to the right and you should see it on the corner, on opposite side of the road.

yes but the last time I went both car parks were full!!!
