Default NOC stuff..

hi there..

i have been out here just over a month now.. and have found that the employer that i came out here to work for slightly exagerated the the role and 'rewards'!.. the subject of NOC's came up in the induction in my first week and we got told by HR that the company has never and will never issue an NOC.. i have heard so many different things about NOC's that I dont know whats right.. if I left during my probationary period.. do I need an NOC?? what would be the timeframe for a ban??

thanks guys

if you go to a freezone company you wouln't need to get an NOC. Also, yes you can pay the 5K and not need an NOC for a company in the Emirates proper.

what degree does make a difference they passed a ruling recently that if you have a masters degree i think that you can 'swap' jobs as many times as you like, if you have a 'normal' degree then its 3 times (i think) and if you dont have a degree then i think its only 1 time allowed so the majority of people cannot be flipping jobs all the time.
