NOC questions

Hi all,

Quick questions... assume I want to change jobs from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and I am not in a free zone:

1 - Do I need a NOC? Or they do not apply across Emirates.
2- All professions require NOCs? I think there are some that are exempted. Any link to a list?

Tricky question BC!

Assume I have not started yet in Dubai but will do it soon (so I do not have a visa) and that I have already a job offer for Abu Dhabi starting in 2010 to which I need to say YES or NO now. Not easy...
