Nikki Beach Doha
Any construction peeps or anyone know any information regards this?
It seems to have just stopped dead with all info online. I use the beach regularly but there is certainly no construction going ahead. When is the resort meant to open or has it been knocked on the head entirely? Huge shame if it has but would it really work if it did open? I assume it would be dry? |

Dryer than the bottom of a budgies cage mate. It would be awful here.
Worst thing was we had visitors over from Dubai and it was the first time I've really felt the restriction in Doha... |

I think that they like some of the restaurants carried on anticipating that the liquer ban would be lifted: it is now evident that it will never happen.. The Social Club, which was to be a wine bar, has also been abandoned. The Pearl is already begening to deteriorate: without liqour it is not a sustainable development. (probably never was even with liqour -too big, too ambitious, too badly planned, and the usual poor building standards and cost cutting)

What an awful concept for Qatar , you do wonder if the guys from Nikki Beach had actually came here to have a look . Laughable place to have a high end beach club built on debauchery and decadence .
Another Doha white elephant to join the graveyard ! |
