Anyway, will be interesting to see what the reviews are like when it opens next week.

Last drove past just before Ramadan and car park wasn't anywhere near finished and, anyway, didn't look like it was capable of coping with 2,500 cars. And it's just an ordinary dual carriageway road at the entrance ... that should make it fun. They've only been widening the road to 3 lanes in each direction further down towards Dubai at Al Hamra and once you get past there it's back to dual carriageway again.

Ah well, despite all that have to admit to rather liking RAK and all it's idiosyncrasies (sp?). Makes a lovely change now and then from Dubai and it's bling, bling, mine's bigger than your's stuff.

Aaah, that's no fun at all; "Swimming costumes are compulsory in waterpark."

However, I do agree with; "Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction."
