Default New Home for Dubai Country Club

looks like will be announced shortly..

judging by the amount of work done on the original site that was levelled 2 years ago, wouldn't surprise me if it is built there again, although I know that most of the site is earmarked for the creek extension project..

7's as its called is used by all and sundry, its not an emirates staff club, but at the moment its not a lot else other than a load of rugby/football pitches.

the swimming pool still won't make it much more than that..

I saw the plans for it, it was definately for Emirates staff. Way back when all this started the land had been given to DCC, then it was taken from DCC and the affection plan changed to show that it would be soley for Emirates. Unless there has been a change of heart, which I doubt. Time will tell

Reason for it not being for emirates staff is simple - it has to take money to cover its costs.
I can' elaborate further, but believe me, it is NOT for emirates staff - unless they want to pay like everyone else.
