Hi... I had a quick question... I have a role offer from NEOM.. i am currently based in UK but my degree is from Pakistan. The visa agent wants me to attest the degree myelf
I can get the degree attested from my university, sealed in a envelop ... would that be ok? thanks in advance

Typically, you have to have your degree attested by the Saudi Cultural Mission in the embassy of the country from which you received your degree. You should reach out to the KSA embassy in Pakistan to find out what they will need to get this done as it can vary from country to country. If you need assistance, you could engage the visa agents Neom recommends in Pakistan to help you out.

How is everyone applying for NEOM jobs?
Is it only through the career section on their website or through LinkedIn?
The thing with LinkedIn is that it redirects back to their website anyways.
I've tried to apply on the website but no luck so far.

I know this is likely too late for you but I was looking for some info on this prior to my assessment too and while I would assume they are different depending on the position, in my case the assessment consisted of 4 different parts.
1. Personality Assessment - where one has to video record themselves answering a set of questions.
2 & 3. Behavioural self-assessments DISC & leadership.
4. Aptitude assessment that is reminiscent of an IQ test

I am looking at opportunities in Neom and wondering if someone could give pointers on the agents to approach or the recruitment companies. Neom website is good but it seems certain jobs are given to the specialist headhunters and if a CV is on their record, there may be a chance of an interview. Thanks

Hi - it's based on your previous salary rather than title or experience. And per PIF guidelines, there is a cap as to how much above your current salary that can be offered unless you get an exemption - which requires board approval - and that is likely reserved for the top management roles. It should be noted that you cannot automatically expect a 20-30% uplift on your current salary, it really depends on the budget of the department.

Quick one - had my interview with the hiring manager today and didn’t feel like it went as well as it could have (I guess it wasn’t as formal as I’d anticipated, which threw me and prep off a bit) but is it a good sign if the hiring manager invites you to directly email them with any questions you may have or is that just standard interview etiquette at NEOM?
I wanted to gauge from your experiences. Sigh. Fingers crossed!

Hi mate, I had my interview before 2 weeks ago with 3 different department'smanagers + 2 HR managers (total 5 people).
I felt like you, that I could present myself better,but what is done is done.
I have all these 5 people email adress. One of the HR managers mentioned, "If you have any questions, you can contact me "
As per them ,my position might start at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year.
I have no plans to contact them.I will wait until they take the next step.

G'day, folks, anyone here who's working as a Program Manager at NEOM or Tonomus(or knows someone who is)?
