Not yet. Once you accept a written job offer, the onboarding team will reach out to you and talk you through stuff. You should also get an invite to a weekly Q&A with the onboarding team - it was at this session that the question about dental was asked.

There is indeed dental cover as part of your local, VVIP medical insurance, which is provided free of charge to you. If you opt for subsidised Bupa International cover, that will surely cover dental too. I actually broke a tooth last week and managed to get a same day appointment to get it repaired. No forms to complete, no excess to pay, just provided my name and walked out afterwards! Similarly, had to visit the doctor at NC2 today for an eye infection. Was presuming I was attending to make an appointment but got seen straightaway (and today is Founding Day, so a national holiday), given some antibiotics (free of charge) and sent on my way again. Again, no forms to complete, no excess, certainly can't complain!

Actually, they have no optician on site. Bit of a gap if you ask me, but hey ho.However, your insurance does cover eye check up and from memory single vision glasses up to a certain value,, you'd just have to head to Tabuk for that.

oh ok thanks a lot. maybe we can get the checkups done from elsewhere too. It doesn’t have to be from Neom facilities.

Hello,
Has anyone interviewed for a specific job and got a verbal offer but then when the link to apply for the job was sent to them (to upload degree, proof of income, etc...), it had a different (lower) title? Same Job descrpetion details, just a differnt title.
Any idea what's the difference between a Senior, principal, and a lead in terms of years of experience, having direct reports, and hierarchy in the organization?
I'm also curious if anyone knows if the 25% uplift is only applied if the proof of income + the 25% uplift is less than the job max salary ?
Any insight or experinces that can be shared would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

As I understand it, each grade at Neom has a salary bracket attached. If once they do the uplift calculation, you're outside the bracket for the 'rank' (for want of a better term) at which you applied, they can move the rank up or down so that your salary offer fits into it. I don't think there's necessarily a hard cap that if your uplift calc is higher than the job title, you don't get as much uplift, but who knows. I can't imagine though that if someone was getting paid a shed load of money, applied for a Lead role but because of the calculation, they then get offered a Director title, but I could be wrong!
I'm not 100% on the ranks, but as I understand it, it's something like:
Associate
Lead / Specialist
Manager
Senior Manager
Director
Executive Director
(C-Suite)
Then within each of the 'ranks', there's pay grades, so for example a Manager could be grade 6-7 or some such. There's also a lot of 'Head off...' sort of titles out there, but I don't know if that's a pay grade or if they'd actually be a Director or some such, but with the 'Head of..' title.
I've seen Principal / Senior on some job titles (Principal Lead, Principal Manager etc), but I don't know what effect it has. Logic would suggest that a Principal of a rank would be at the top end of the grades, but who knows!
What I have heard though is that you can't get too excited about comparing your title or what you get paid against others as it's 100% dependant on their last job (which of course may pay very differently depending on the location / size of the company etc). If you start comparing, you'll get yourself wrapped up in knots really quickly. Advice I was given is to look at the offer on its own - if it's right for you, then take it. If not, don't. The actual roles and responsibilities are, I'd guess pretty fluid given the nature of the project, the churn of people, the continuous evolution etc, so the job title may not mean much after a year or so!
Just my two penneth.
