Do you actually need to go? In AD you just call 999 and they'll send round one of the quasi-cops, you tell them you were parked in the supermarket car park this morning, just got back and realised that some twat must have driven into you while you were parking. Not so in Dubai?

Jebel Ali do deal with such things though (speaking from personal experience)

Bur Dubai station is prob closer though. Straight down umm Sequim road
