National Day
As National Day falls on Saturday December 2nd, does it carry over to Sunday December 3rd? Or is Sunday a normal working day?

Previously it has been added on as an extra day after the normal weekend - so i'de say 3rd will be a rescheduled hol.
Its 7s weekend and i'm sure the extra day off will be much appreciated by all

In line with usual custom:
the public sector will be given Sunday off in lieu, as well as the following two weeks, to cope with the trauma and upheaval of National Day falling on their weekend
the private sector can go fk themselves
