Hi Scotty
Full apparently-I popped by there about 3 weeks back as I was looking for a 3bed place. It is a bit far from the centre of town though and the immediate area surrounding is a bit of a construction site.
The compound itself is very nice though-large, spacious free standing homes with covered parking. Furnishings are ok but not modern(maybe just not to my liking), has a large pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, bowling alley, restaurant etc.
Very family orientated if this is what you are looking for-they have buses to the American, Britsh and German schools.
Warning though-all compounds here are full and none of them are taking any more names for their waiting lists.

Najd?

Oh wonderful wonderful memories............

"Midsummer Madness" (21 June 2001) - the party of the century. All the Marconi boys....... and all the nurses from Prague......... (oh Marie, where ARE you now?).

Won't ever happen again of course............

Doesn't answer your question - I just like talking about it..........

My employer has apparently secured a place in this compound.

Here's hoping the Czech nurses are still around!!

No Czech nurses there, at least there weren't any early last year when I left. All villas are 3 bedroom, and a few 4 bedrooms. All up there's about 150-200 villas I reckon. It's a very family oriented compound, not much going on in terms of parties and such. There's one pool and a mediocre restaurant. Security is reasonable and I personally liked the location. Very close to the Granada shopping centre and the city is not far at all.
Lucky you got a spot though, last I heard they are charging 180,000 SR per year ...
