Default Moving ton Dubai.. freelance personal trainer VS employment? Visa issues etc

Hey, I'very been advised the following....
1. fitness employment by a gym BUT find one that provides living llowance and beware of places that pay low. Easy option as a contract of employment needed to get visa
2. Apply for a 90 day visa, exit the country on day 90 and renew with another 90 day visa. The initial 90 days can be used to settle in, see what's what and either get a job or do PT from gym in the building and apply for freelance lincense.. or can go back home, for a week, go on holiday somewhere every 90 days and keep returning, just play it by ear
3. Apply for a freelance license. Make sure havery enough money to fund the initial living allowance due to the nature of freelance

More expensive in the long run but start with air b&b as may want to move about and allows initial flexibility when moving to a new country as opposed to paying 12 months upfront

I want to move soon, but the information online seems rather convoluted. Really, it's just ease of getting a visa and the legal/paperwork stuff I need help with

4. get a flat share and suss the rest out. I don't think a 90 day visa is renewable unless you have a further 90 days out of the UAE, so stick with a 30 day, then keep doing visa runs.

90 day visa is not the way forward. Your in for 90 days, then your out for 90 days. It's not sustainable, and time here flies like the wind.

I pay about 255 per sesh, paying for 10 in advance. It's cheaper if you pay for more sessions. I hear that's about average; not cheap and not expensive.

I could read about how to get better at golf and do things properly, but it's far more effective to pay my man 300+ a lesson....

Golf lessons, I kind of understand ... but most PTs just chat to the person and make them lift a few kettle balls. I come back from the gym dripping, yet those with PTs look like they are hardly doing anything most of the time.

Still, 50-60quid an hour, that's proper self indulgence.

I'm with you 90% of the way. But mainly because I've used a few PTs before and they're lazy and crap. Pointless. For me it would be good just for the change in exercise, to ensure you're doing it properly and to motivate. That's it. All three are potentially achievable on your own (I still think there's great value in being shown any exercise properly though - I used to wince at people doing things with terrible form because it's a waste of time and damaging.)

But my first golf teacher was crap too. The guy I go to now is excellent, I think it's whether you get value from it or believe you do.
