Moving to Dubai - Visa Question

I just signed an offer and am moving from Canada to Dubai in 2 weeks. My employer asked me for 15 passport size pictures. What size do they have to be? I've heard the Canadian passport pictures are much larger, and will cost me $70 for 15.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I used standard English sized ones (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
Use this website to make your own and then take it to any photo printing shop or print them on your own printer.
