Default Moving to Dubai in November

Hi all, great forum this.
Im moving to dubai in november and could do with some help. I used to live in abudhabi so a lot of stuff will hopefuly be similar, but i could do with some help re accomodation. I am coming out from the uk to look for work, my qu's are:
1. can i get 2-3 month rentals for a 1 bed fully furnished easily, size doesnt matter as temporary anyway?
2. is a budget of max 6000dhs a month realistic for this?
3. are there cheap areas where a white brit might feel threatened or less welcome and if so where? ill avoid them thx !
4. can anyone recommend an agency for property rental?

lastly does anyone fancy a beer or two ?
im 30,married,wife following when i have a job,so i get a while to party again yipee!!!!

Would you like to have a 1 Bedroom in a Villa in umm suqeim 1 (stone throw away from Beach) Villa with swimming pool, nice garden and free maintainence. The House is with a German Lady you will be sharing (so u need to be single)

The Villa is too big for her... The Rent you will need to pay would be 2,000 per month (not sure).

Let me know if you are interested. its raedy for occupancy by mid this month.

Hallo.

I AM INTERESTED !! I will be moving to Dubai end October. I am an Italian architect, will be working for Nahkeel, and am looking for accommodation (preferably furnished). Clean, tidy, and a laid back guy. Also I cook !
