Moving companies before contract

Moving companies before contract
Hi all
i got some great advice when i was considering moving to Dubai on this site. i made the move and have never regretted it.
I work for an Ad agency in Media city.
However, i have recently had an interview at another 2 companies and have been offered a position paying alot more.
One company is outside Media city and the other is in it.
My question is this, i have a contract for 2 years, but no where in it does it mention the fact that i need to work for 2 years. it is essentially a rolling contract. Can i move without getting banned? Is there a minimum amount of time that you need to work to avoid getting banned?
and if so, would it be better to move to the one outside or inside Media City?
