Default Moving to Al Ain from Canada

Hello everyone,
My husband recently got a job offer in UAE University as a professor and we are contemplating a move from here Canada with our 2 young ( 1year old ) daughters. The offer is good for him with accomodations in Al Ain, paid holidays and the package

However, I am a senior business analyst currently employed in a multinational company here and am anxious about this move especially since I would also want to advance my career. I have done an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness and Change management, would hate to see that not being utilized.

Are there any opportunities in Al Ain for someone like me ? We are also considering a commute for myself after hiring a driver if a job can be found in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

We have no idea where to start any suggestions about :
1. reliable recruiters

Thank you

why not enquire to see if the uni has something for you too?

Also, just curious, why hire a driver?

Personally I would say that Dubai and Abu Dhabi are not easily commutable, although the road has recently been improved. Why not work from home? Actually, despite what some might say, I think that Al Ain is one of the nicest places in the UAE to live. Very green and also near the Omani border.

There are plenty of management consultancies in Dubai (fewer in Abu Dhabi) who you might fit with. But the commute would be a serious pain (it's bad enough doing the Abu Dhabi-Dubai commute).
