hi folks,

please can anyone tell me what an employer would mean by mobilization as part of their offer package.

For me it meant flights out, hotel stay, furniture allowance and settlement allowance.

thanks for the reply, the offer also indicates flights and hotel stay for 4 weeks, the other items are not listed, so it could be them.
