Mobile Phone Cooking Lessons.
When using a 600-800W microwave recommended times are as follows:
Rare = raw
Medium = 0.25 secs
Well Done = 0.75 secs
Nuked = 1 sec.
Trust me - get to 2 secs and the insides won't be recognisable.
