Mobile Apps Use In KSA

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if apps like BBC radio iplayer are available in Saudi Arabia?

I'm not bothered about tv but I'd rely on radio for sanity!

Thanks

I used to listen to BBC domestic broadcasts using the internet. In my last 12-18 months in the wilderness of Hafr Al Batin that helped me prepare for the transition back to Scotland.
Things are a lot easier now - when I first went there in 1970 we relied on Short Wave from BBC and Radio Moscow ! (And VOA !)

Download the TuneIn Radio app no need for VPN doesn't allow sports commentary due to rights issues but otherwise Capital FM, BBC, Heart etc all available. For Sport you'll need a VPN some can't be downloaded in Bahrain anymore so best to load one while you're in UK
