Yes i know this is a plug for a company, but i thought ( and we all know how dangerous that can be !!)
i found this web site i suppose the same as the AA / RAC back in the Uk.
It is covered within the GCC (Saudi UAE. JORDAN, LEBANON, SYRIA.)
If its any use to members.

if you have insurance with axa then you get breakdown cover as part of that, i have called them out to a dead battery because of where the car was parked because i couldnt have got another car to jump start it.
