Default Meraas Developers

Does anyone know who the developers are for the Zaabeel/Trade Centre Developments who will be working with Meraas Developments?

As I understand things, Meraas is a new company created specifically to run this project. I doubt that they have gotten as far as placing contracts with developers as yet - there aren't even any conceptual designs for the development as things stand.

Thanks for your reply. The reason I was asking is that I am one of
many tenants being evicted from our villas at short notice and we feel we should be given at least one years notice as many others in a similar position were given eg. Jebal Ali Village/CBV etc.

Good luck! I would imagine that it will take some time to mobilize the project, but you never know with Dubai.... They shut down Nad Al Sheba at short notice and haven't broken ground there yet. Same with the Country Club by the sounds of it...
