try Gulf Tailor's off Olaya street near the computer souk, have had some bits and pieces done there and they do a pretty good job. they're near the corner of 8th and olaya --> http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...9&z=15&iwloc=A

Depends on what you're after...

You could go down to Batha,old town, a bit rough n ready, and find a good tailor who will do you a made to measure suit - picked out from a catalogue so you can customise it, decent material, all for around 500 sr.
