there's a new place just opened at the base of The Waves at Marina level (in the marina, obviously) called Core Studio.
They do spin classes and also manly "core bootcamp" and "core x-fit" - (I quote) "an extreme [...] outdoor training program specific to the athletic male who's looking to push through previous boundaries and boarders (sic.)".
Good class for those with a boat, I guess.

Core direct is the gym and they have spinning backs and spin classes. A lot cheaper than fitness first.
