Meeting other expats
Are there places where European expats (or other Western culture expats) meet during evenings. As said in other post, will be there in about 4 weeks and do not want to end up a hermit boxed in some flat.

Also, one of our members, revilo, has been trying to arrange for a group of Abu Dhabi members to get together. Another newbie coming out soon (weescot, I think) expressed interest in an Abu Dhabi meet-up. If all else fails & you find yourself boxed in, send me a PM and I'll show you around town and help you break some ice. |
