My husband has to get a medical check up before we arrive in Bahrain. We have not got much direction from the employer as regards a medical form or what to get checked.

I found a list of required medical checks on the Bahrain Labour Market Authority website but still no form for the doc to complete?
It says the check can be done by a medical center / hospital of your choice at home but offers no idea as to how the report results have to be presented?
Can anyone shed any light please?
