Medgulf health insurance - does it work on holiday?

Anybody got experience using Medgulf when on holiday in Europe?
Just wondering about the procedure.
eg Pay for private treatment, then reclaim when back at work in KSA/MidEast?

I think you should have this covered under a separate travel insurance policy.

Certainly my health insurance only covers whilst I am working away from home - travel insurance is required to cover when on holiday.

Luckily, NHS A&E saw me, presumably without charge.

Check your policy documents. This will detail the scope of cover.
