Hi RT....r u using msn explorer or internet explorer..the smileys don't work on msn explorer. (on my pc) close MSN and open IE, then just one left click and the smiley should go into your reply. Give it a go.

If u do, one left click of the mouse on the smilie of choice should load it into the mesage field.
