hi there - i am getting conflicting info in relation to the current market rate for renting a 2 bed flat ( 900 sq ft, 1 guaranteed car parking space )in a brand new development/tower overlooking the corniche/emirates palace in Abu Dhabi.
what do you think would be a 'reasonable' rent amount in this mad market ?! am getting figure thrown at me of 240k to 320k...

and it was like one bed room inside the city in a good tower with no parking reserved around 140k
so 2 bed rooms 900sf is quiet tight not that much space) on the cornich with one parking suppose to be maximum 240k ... to be sure more about the market prices ...check in the gulf news so you will have an idea about the rents

thansk everyone for your views - it is mind boggling the level of rents - seem to be exceeding Dubai prime areas imo...
