market rates for a 2 bed flat in AD
hi there - i am getting conflicting info in relation to the current market rate for renting a 2 bed flat ( 900 sq ft, 1 guaranteed car parking space )in a brand new development/tower overlooking the corniche/emirates palace in Abu Dhabi.
what do you think would be a 'reasonable' rent amount in this mad market ?! am getting figure thrown at me of 240k to 320k...:eek: |

thansk everyone for your views - it is mind boggling the level of rents - seem to be exceeding Dubai prime areas imo...
