Hi

Possibly moving from Ad to Dubai and have been looking at the Marina Sail building. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether living there would be a good move ( or not ??!! )

depends how much it is and whether the roads are finished, will you be commuting?

Hubby will be commuting but seems good location to get onto SZ Road ?? Apartment seems spacious and going for 120k but negotiable. ( 2bd ). Is there a lot of room for negotiation in the marina at the moment ??

Just for your information, a friend of mine lives in that building: huge cracks on the wall and water often comes brown. Otherwise, excellent location and very easy access to SZR.

I've lived very happily there for the last year, wouldn't hesitate to renew lease if we weren't relocating to Doha.
I had no problems that maintenance weren't quick to sort out.
Only issue, we got fungal infection because they didn't keep the pool clean, but I hear that's quite common.
Been told that a fully furnished two bed went for 115 recently if that helps.
Also, a few in the tower commuting to Saadiyat and car pooling.
